Position Overview
Are you an experienced commercial property broker with the hunger to do more than just close deals? Are you looking for a team that values strategy over hustle, client relationships over transactions? We’re looking for a high-performance broker to join our clients team servicing the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. If you know your market, love the deal cycle, and want to work in an environment that’s built for winners—not churn-and-burners—this is your next move.
What You’ll Do:
- Secure and manage sale and leasing mandates across office and mixed-use sectors
- Drive landlord and tenant engagement with the backing of our strategic platform
- Manage your own pipeline from prospecting through to closing—with support
- Advise clients on lease structures, market trends, space optimization and relocations
- Work with a leadership team that gives you real tools, insights, and access
What You Need:
- At least 1–2 years experience in commercial leasing or investment sales
- A strong personal network across the Cape Town metro (especially Northern Suburbs)
- Proven deal track record (we don’t need 100 deals a year—just quality ones)
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Professionalism, reliability, and a consultative approach to clients
