Job Description:
As a Commercial Property Broker, you will play a key role in sourcing and closing commercial property deals in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing the entire brokerage process from client acquisition and property listing to deal negotiation and closure. Key Responsibilities:
- Source, list, and manage a portfolio of commercial properties in JHB North.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease agreements, and close sales deals.
- Analyze market trends and provide clients with informed advice and recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed property proposals and financial reports.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local commercial property market and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in the commercial property industry.
- Proven track record of successfully concluding deals in the JHB market.
- Strong network of contacts within the property sector in JHB.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
