Job Description:
As a Senior Corporate Real Estate Services Consultant, you will be responsible for advising corporate clients on their real estate portfolios, identifying and securing optimal commercial properties, and developing tailored real estate strategies. You will work closely with corporate tenants, landlords, and investors to drive successful transactions and long-term relationships. This is a client-facing role that requires a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on corporate real estate solutions, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management.
- Identify and secure suitable commercial properties for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and property developers.
- Conduct property evaluations, market analysis, and financial modeling to support real estate decisions.
- Negotiate lease agreements, sales, and other real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive real estate services that meet client needs.
- Stay up to date with trends in the corporate real estate market, including office space, industrial properties, and retail sectors.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Provide regular reporting on market conditions, property performance, and client portfolios.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, property management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully advising corporate clients and closing commercial real estate deals.
- Strong network within the real estate industry, particularly in the corporate sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Cape Town commercial property market is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
