Responsibilities

As a Commercial Property Broker, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting businesses with ideal property solutions. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in your dedicated area, expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and industry professionals, positioning Spire as a trusted partner.
  • Market Insight: Conduct thorough market research and data analysis to provide clients with accurate, insightful advice on current trends, opportunities, and property value.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate lease and sale agreements, achieving favorable outcomes for both clients and Spire.
  • Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting clients through each step of the transaction process, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure efficient operations, seamless transactions, and excellent client experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a commercial or industrial property broker.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial and commercial real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate listing software.
