Job Description:
As an Industrial Property Broker, you will be responsible for identifying and securing industrial properties for lease or sale, managing a portfolio of clients, and negotiating deals within the Northern Suburbs. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and list industrial properties for lease and sale in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and industrial tenants.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease agreements, and conclude sales transactions.
- Provide clients with market insights, investment opportunities, and financial analyses.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the industrial property market in the Northern Suburbs, including trends and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution and excellent client service.
- Meet individual sales and leasing targets while contributing to the company’s growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Property Broker.
- Proven track record of closing industrial property deals in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs.
- Strong network of contacts within the industrial property market.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the Northern Suburbs’ industrial nodes, including Montague Gardens, Brackenfell, Bellville, and others.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
