Job Description:
As an Industrial Property Broker, you will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and negotiating industrial property deals in the Epping area. Your role will involve working closely with landlords, tenants, and investors to ensure successful leasing and sales transactions. You will need a strong understanding of the local industrial property market and be skilled at building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and list industrial properties for lease or sale in the Epping area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and industrial tenants.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease agreements, and facilitate sales transactions.
- Provide clients with market insights, property evaluations, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industrial property market in Epping and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with the company’s internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and client satisfaction.
- Ensure that properties are marketed effectively to maximize visibility and tenant interest.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in industrial property brokerage or a related field.
- Proven track record of closing industrial property deals, preferably within the Epping area.
- Strong knowledge of the Cape Town industrial property market, particularly in Epping.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and transactions.
