Job Title: Property Portfolio Administrator

A commercial property management company based in Cape Town is looking for a Property Portfolio Administrator to join their team to assist with the daily administrative functions for the portfolio.
- Minimum of 5 years property management experience
- A BCom / Property Studies qualification will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office : Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Experience on MDA will be advantageous
- Exceptional people management skills
- Must have a sound understanding of property
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of lease agreements and basic accounting principles
- Intelligent self-starter who shows initiative and have the ability to work independently
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
